Being a country surrounded by the ocean in most of its territory, Portugal has a great variety of fresh fish and seafood.

Our cuisine varies from the grilled fish to Polvo à Lagareiro (roasted octopus with olive oil and garlic), from Arroz de Marisco (seafood rice), to the renowned Cod fish with its 1001 ways of cooking, like Bacalhau com Natas (Codfish with cream) and Bacalhau à bras (Sautéed cod with fried onions, garlic and fried potatoes).

If you’re a meat fan, the famous Chicken Piri-piri is a must or if you prefer richer dishes, why not try the Cozido à Portuguesa (Vegetable, beef and pork stew) , or Naco na Pedra (Steak on stone).

We hope you’ll enjoy the Portuguese flavour and culture, always in our company!
